By using PartiStaff you agree to act honestly, show up to confirmed bookings, and treat other users with respect. We’re a marketplace — we don’t employ staff directly. Clients pay staff through the platform; platform fees are disclosed up-front.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Cards are tokenised; we never see full card numbers. Payouts to staff happen within 1–2 business days after a shift is marked complete.
Staff cancelling a confirmed booking more than 48 hours before the shift are charged a $5 fee. A $70 fee applies inside 48 hours, and a $150 fee applies if staff do not show up. Jobs posted on the day of the event can be cancelled by either side free of charge. Cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the staff member’s saved card automatically where possible, in the job’s local currency equivalent. Failed card collection remains payable. No-shows may also affect future eligibility.
We collect only what we need to run the platform: your name, contact details, profile photos, event history, and payment records. We never sell your data. You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings.
The Private Portfolio Gallery is opt-in and watermarked. Images in it do not appear in public search. Clients can only view them after the profile owner approves an access request, and access is time-limited.
